In the following series of INTEGERS...

-4, -3, -2, -1, ?0, +1, +2, +3

how can you permanently ensure and use 0 in calculations as a positive and not negative!!...

Note: Integers are whole numbers hence -0.32 rounds of as -0 and +0.23 rounds off as +0 so yeah it can be +0 or -0.....
