The story of the people who were inside that apartment does sound strange doesn't it. Somehow they never noticed blood or someone being slapped around but they can remember very well the number of wine glasses and whisky drunk plus.

My take is that this was an initiation party[chemistry], which Keino realised and was not for it and considering the details released had to be eliminated.
1. Who invited her friend who also invited her without them knowing that mheshimiwa would be there?
2. Why would Mheshimiwa be using an apartment registered in Mr. Shah's name; who has since relocated?
3. Why would the MP beat up the girl, when he has bodyguards at his back and call?
4. When police were investigating, no witnesses were willing to give evidence. Now all of a sudden, they are coming from as far as Mombasa. Would you take a chance to give evidence against this MP?

...didn't know that it so simple and cheap to coach witnesses...all arrows point towards that direction...
we can forget about justice here...
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...
