And the shockers keep coming in thick & fast. A county has gone bust. Soon a state. In euroland it is nations going belly up. May be that Dr Owuor prophecy is spot on...

It's interesting to note that JP Morgue bank is in the midst of 2 current large bankruptcies (MF Global & now Jefferson County). What a coincidence...

Thank you for your kind sentiments. Standing on the shoulders of investing greats such as Warren Buffet, Jim Sinclair, Martin Armstrong, Monty Guild, Jim Rogers, Marc Faber etc, one is able to have a bird's eye view of the forest as a opposed to individual trees when on the ground level. As with all other skill sets, time and effort are directly proportional to mastery.

Just to visualize what @kenyainvestor means by saying Dow tanked 4%, read below... Which year is it, 2011? Nooo... Sure feels like 2008. 3yrs have passed by and 2008 is still around. Time stopped indeed...

http://www.forbes.com/fe...all-street_8602477.html

I'm hoping E-Trade puts up these 6 trade bets.

1. Berlusconi to be kicked out before Dec 2011.

2. US Treasury Sec to resign before Dec 2011. The recession is indeed over?!
3. The Bernank aka print dollars to infinity helicopter ben to resign before Dec 2011.
4. Spanish PM to resign before Dec 2011.
5. Greek PM to resign before Dec 2011.
6. JP Morgue, BoA, Citi all to lose mortgage fraud cases and forced to repay this fraud by Jan 2012...

Stated back on Aug 5th 2011, post #1100...

Though intrade didnt put my bets for trade, well bunga bunga bashes are about to flash crash...

2011 - The yr labour said no more to the system & the sheep (wananchi) are beginning to see the fox (wenye nchi) for what it is. An ugly fox-sheep. Many emperors are naked & we need many prayers to stand the hideous displays. Keep watching. Exciting time on the planet smile

So let's see how long the Greek & Spanish PM can last the mile. As for the mortgage fraud of US banks, this is another spectacular show waiting to happen...

Syria is looking very ugly going forward. A somali in the making...

Update - The current persian tension is not good for oil price stability. Iran contributes around 17% of opec oil. This could make oil price to spike past $150...

Disruptive technology innovations smile
This will meet a lot of resistance from nuclear & oil corporations... Kengen can look into this or an independent power producer (IPP) to generate cheaper electricity... How this got a comnercial license should be an 8th wonder in the world?! While at it also look at the 5kW home heater. This will strangle the HVAC (heating, ventilation & air condtioning) industry in the 1st world i.e. those winter heater bills!?

Italy's interim PM forms a new cabinet and takes up the finance docket. Must be missing his ECB VP days. Let's how he'll magically solve the Italian debt pasta. And even funnier if not ridiculous, Intesa CEO appointed Dev & Transport minister. May be to transport lira's from the debt full Intesa coffers... The shameless circus of the system in euroland & US has broken the scale in 2011...
Meanwhile Greek 1 & 2yr bond yields read 263% & 115% respectively with the euro getting kicked about this week...
