He was wrongfully dismissed KQ...HR and Legal dept are shit...they lose cases right ,left and centre because they never follow procedure and laid down laws... Btw who was no.1 during the CEO interviews?  Before Ngunze got the job? possunt quia posse videntur

There is enough evidence in the foresnsic audit that points to professional negligence on his part as the Finance Director. Under his tenure, there was total breakdown of controls which led to massive loss of funds. For instance, how did the former treasury supervisor looted through sales repatriation process without the knowledge of the Finance Director? Bank statements were forged. Why was a simple control such as bank reconciliation not carried out to detect such fraudulent activities in a Company like KQ. Majority of the Finance staff were aware of what was going on, how then was Mr. Mbugua as the Head claims innocence?
