I believe there is a provision in the new Insolvency Act or another Act which says that a listed company in administration cannot trade until the administration is lifted. ARM should remain suspended from trading until the administration is lifted which is just as well in this bear market.
I am a long term shareholder and comfortable and optimistic for the future.

Is it even selling cement? they also sell other things like gypsum and lime etc. They also made sales worth 2 billion in HY2018 so they are still selling things Dumb money becomes dumb only when it listens to smart money
