And on this matter of 'guarding votes' can naswa come out clean what is the basis and if anchored in law. Since Police are the ones mandated to provide law and order, are we going to have parallel group of civilian providing police services at the polling stations. This either means law and order has broken down or will break down on material day.

Form 34 will be photographed and forwarded to our tallying center. At Moi Avenue pry school, we have an agent for president, governor, senator and women rep. For mp, MCA each of our parties have their candidates who will have agents. See where the number 10 comes from ? May I say it now that we have a backup in case someone shuts down the internet.

But with the dust raised by your boss on this matter, it means he doesn't trust the institution mandated to run the election. And they know it. Naturally you tend to resent such a person
