If you are a long term investor, we are nowhere near the proper valuation of these stocks. We still have some way to go. Of course the the price will go up and down in the interim but by next year, we will be trading at much higher prices.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
