Mumias was not killed by diversification. It was killed by the blatant rape, thuggery, corruption and plunder by some very well known professional thugs!!!

Agreed. This research institute will be used to siphone money out of the balance sheet and will act as an employment bureau for incompetent rela-thieves who who will earn hefty pay and fat allowances/per diems. It looks like the CEO has started growing horns with thoughtless ambitions. Shareholders must resist this move. It has corruption written all over it.

So what exactly is your issue? Diversification or the fact that Kengen is a third world government owned utility company???
