Bogus and irrelevant stories making this stock to walk against them. Watakipata na bado! Gloating on how they are eating shareholder money, nkt. Do one thing... Bring up a motion at the next AGM to oust the ones eating your money... Then work on recruiting another individual who can generate similar returns but requires less motivation.. nkt. Kenyan investors are really juvenile, unsophisticated and cry only because they don't get a dividend.. Mark 12:29 Deuteronomy 4:16

I think as a country is high time we pass laws aimed at curtailing corporate greed permeated by executives. John 5:17 But Jesus replied, “My Father is always working, and so am I.”

@Realtreaty Those appointment are inconsequential. The individuals will have no say in coming up with strategic decisions. Chris Kirubi and Mworia still call the shots and will have their way for whatever they want to do Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation Wealth=Income + Investments - Lifestyle

This week was all good news on Centum. They even have guards to tell us they have postponed opening to Valentine day as this is time all flowers will blossom and Lovers will want Honeymoon there. Good stock to be in just wondering what "TRAP" kept it so long at 40-45? http://www.businessdailyafrica....54930-p8cj4dz/index.htmlThe almost 8% growth was the best indicator the price should head up past 50 by now.

Throw back!!!! Can someone remember the news when Centum sid they hd applied to waive the buyback clause to enable them buy back more Centum shares? How far and deep did the news go? Not far we would be surprised Centum Gododfthers having Bought some of the minority Shareholders. Is it the reason the price is held at 40 and will rise after BREAKING NEWS that these godfathers have 80% share holding. How soon is the question and surprise.

That is very good investment by Centum!!! In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

Yes, I think Centum will spin it off in the future through a listing. Very smart. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

Since the bank may not be used to lending money there is still hope Centum will recapture its price. The bank may also be doing business with international partners who will not be affected by the Kenyan capping. It could be also centum will benefit from borrowing from its own bank at a reduced interest rate I doubt that Centum is viewed like 'any other borrower' when determining price of a loan by Sidian...for obvious reasons. This is one of the counters I would never touch. I dont trust management, the dividend drought appeared suspicious to me. The company is a jack of all trades
