Thats quite substantive @tnai9.You will have to invest in an industry you already know well. Dont forget a biz plan(a proper one) to level your head and cover areas you may have overlooked. A mentor too

Dont follow fashion, everyone is a farmer so you too, landlord so you too. Really ensure you know why your biz approach is better than whats already available in the market.

Cant u do rentals with 9.8M,then invest 0.2M in farming. Reinvest your yields for 5 yrs. End result, a pretty big farm and appreciated real estate.

As for me I would go with something which will give me the most profit if I have a place to live anyway. So probably option number two and that's it, correct ? Otherwise in case number 3 for example will not be that viable assuming you need to shelll a lot and still need to rent yourself.
