I'll be on the look out for the information memorandum just as you @shrewdinvestor. I think a bonds issue would be better than a rights issue for the company.

Rights issue will be coming probably next year or the other year.They wanted to do an NIC style (bond and rights issue together) but couldn't because the SACCOs who are the majority shareholders weren't ready

Definitely,a corporate bond is far much better and easier to execute than a rights issue.Me too will keep googling and making calls.As for now lets wait for a Wazuan elder/veteran to unravel the puzzle as we wait and see where this bull is taking usPray Pray

Now with the increase in the authorised share and with the details of how they intend to use the money;
Investment in property will amount to Sh1.7 billion or roughly a third of the Sh5 billion the insurer is planning to raise.
Regional expansion will take up Sh1.3 billion,
Recapitalisation and other corporate activities Sh1.2 billion
An undisclosed medical project will use the balance of Sh800 million
