Watched MJ's story on TV sometime back, and i believe if he had married and had a proper family, he will still be alive today.
Really ?
Marriage and proper family is an assurance of long life?
Ama wamaanisha nini kaka/dada ?
Mtu Biz, am not saying if you are married and have a proper family you are guaranteed long life, MJ led a miserable life and died a miserable man, for a man of the kind of fame he accorded, he surely would have done much better, he did not have a good relationship with his family, i remember when his sister Janet was turning 35, she said her brother MJ was not invited to the b-day party, now women have a way of bringing you closer to your family, even when they fight with them, you have a chance to talk to them.
If you are married and have kids, your parents, brothers and sisters would want to visit you and your children, how many times do parents visit their single grown children?
Atleast i can attest to this since i have brothers who are married and those who are not.
In the process if something was going wrong with you someone will notice and address it, again am not saying this is standard, but the chances are there.
When you have children and a family, you have a reason to live, and its different when that child is living with someone else and that person is taking care of everyone of their needs and all you have to do is write the check
