He surely needs to go to jail if not hell! In a sane mkt this guy would be under investigation. Selling shares and skipping the profit warning? How convenient.

Also ask WHO will pay the fine levied by the CMA? Will it be the directors from their allowances? Or the firm thus hurting ALL s/holders even those with no say?
