We need more blood on the streets somthing like JS resigns due to frustrations can be a nice one.

JS was a man of info x 3 updating shareholders at every bend and corner on the happening at KK. Remember during his fights with gava and gava agencies. What has changed or he has been gagged?

We are all too used to this cycle by now. Trades at low 15s/high 14s for some time, then heads back towards 16.00.

Haha! JS haezi resign. He's got stock options.

Nothing has changed. I am sure he will update you as and when new developments occur. As it is, biashara inaendelea. Tumepata 2 updates in a week on the biz: One on the Lusaka Terminal development and the other on Deal Poa changes. JS has always kept us abreast of matters. Of course we are all anxious to hear any sort of news on the takeover. My hunch is that Nyoike's "due diligence" is what has caused a delay.

Since KK is part of a Takeover Bid, the firm/JS has restrictions on what it can say. Info like the Deal Poa & Lusaka Terminal are not 'Material Information' but on-going biashara decisions/happenings.

What frustrations? He gets a nice paycheck, has plenty of options ... in the meantime he continues to run the biashara!

@VVS we are just saying that that kind of a statement will make fearful investors run and we get in... we are not saying thats the position or he is even contemplating it.

This is a great affirmation by PUMA. For the KK diehards, all you need is patience.

PKoli, remember talking about how different sources mention different values for the deal? This particular one quotes $500m

I actually noted that and I would think this is much more credible that what we have been reading from BD and Nation. So someone can re-value KK.
