1. $13 billion dollar market if approved which of course it is if you look at the REMS it provided to the FDA
2. Its drug, Zohydro doesn't contain acetaminophen which is known for liver damage.
3. Other drug company patents are running out this year and as a result, its the right time to invest in ZGNX
4. Used the REMS even when the FDA doesn't require REMS for painkillers and also the fact that when it comes to safety, it passed the FDA review. In December when they last had their ADCOM with the FDA, the panel of guests that were invited (by the FDA) tried to paint a bad picture of this company by stating that they are afraid because of the level of abuse this drug including others in the same class but the FDA judge (however you wonna put it) stated that it was not ZGNX fault that drugs in this class are abused and as such, the panel's recommendation will not affect FDA's decision.
