@ Marex the causes of hairloss are different. Most frequent is accumulation of oil on the scalp which simultaneously closes the pores where hair follicles are located. I have a book titled "GUIDE TO NATURAL REMEDIES for health and well-being" by Enrique Garza which could possibly help you. However, it suggests that you need the following nutrients to have healthy hair:
calcium pantothenic, Pantothenic Acid or Vit B5
Copper
Inositol and choline
Vit B12
PABA
Iodine
Iron and manganese
Niacine (vit B3)
ZincThe body requires some in very small proportions. In addition;
wash your hair with aloe vera and jojoba shampoo
apply aloevera gelatin to your scalp @night
take bee pollen
Use aloe hair spray or activatorHope this helps. Could lend you my book if ur in nairobi CBD
