NSE20 closed at 3,457.29.

The larger structure is still bearish. This is just a bullish correction within that larger structure. Taking out 3300 was a great step for this mini bull.

Safaricom plays on a PE of between 17-19 so it's share price will play in the range of 20.50-23.
At the current level it's fairly priced.
