probably a lower 5. but you know what, she is right about those Subaru boys.

Never read any of anything she's written, but I guess she must be very good at it if she's had Wazua men talking this much about her.

smile She knows the right knobs to tune. but she is doing it in an unique way.
Its all good.

Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

Hypotheses
1. All women (dark and light skinned) are equal in the eyes of men
2. All men (moneyed/cash strapped) are equal in the eyes of women

Refer to Njoki's articles on hypotheses number 2, for literature review.
If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

But that Kiambu women story (true or otherwise) is common everywhere. I understand you toil to do a flat and the day you have the "House to Let" put up, you are dead meat!!!Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

My first landlord was a very wealthy (and nice) man from Kiambu. He was shot coming from a neighbour's house for prayers. He was in a group, It was between 8:00 and 9:00 pm, he was the only one who was shot and nothing was stolen. I am not suggesting anything. Just saying. He he he.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Yes they are common everywhere but Kiambu takes a huge share. There is this guy from Kiambu who has some flats. The wife hatched a plot to kill him so that she could take his flats and also cash out his life insurance. He only survived coz one of the would be assassins was his primary school deskmate. When the assassins were given down payment and a photo that's when one of them realized the target was a deskmate and alerted him.
