Do I come screaming every time I'm going to eat a meal, or when I want to pray?

Just pray in privacy like the rest of us, and stop this tabias of 2nd century AD.

Move on, and progress. Why does everything have to be "an attack on Islam"? That screaming has been banned in many countries. I don't see Islam diminishing...

d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

@KulaRaha you were born the other day and you're already lying that it has been banned somewhere else, where? I am advising you to be careful with the things you are advocating, because nobody will do anything about that. (I'm sure you were born after independence and the adhan was there since 1901, and the right was engraved in our Constitution since 1963)

Several people have tried this in many places in the world, and they have been defeated against moving to ban the Adhan. Because that is interpreting as a move to infringe on freedom of worship. Nobody can determine how Muslims should worship.

Don't attempt to try to direct Muslims on how to practise our religion. Adhan is not a new phenomenon in Islam
.

So I can also show up in Saudi Arabia and start beating my Akorino drums at 5.00 in the morning?

@caramba if you can find whether adhan can be heard in Vatican, then you'll find the answer to your question. Alternatively, click "Search" up there for the word "cantonment", by "alphdoti" where I discussed this issue extensively.

@guka, you always display your ignorance in religious issues. It shows that many of you are just Christians by name. You don't follow anything Jesus (pbuh) said or did and you're not even ready to do or follow.

I thought Christian is one who follows Christ. How can you be if you don't wake very early in the morning before the sun rises like Jesus used to do!! He prayed at night before going to bed too. He prayed several times during the day... This is why Muslims follow.

1. Mark 1:35
Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, and went to pray.

But it's true what he said, this is not for kina @guka, they don't understand even if they have ears, or eyes.

2. Matthew 11:25-26
At that time Jesus said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children.

So, go ahead, you can fight those trying to tell yu truth. The time of Jesus (pbuh), people hated him for preaching the truth, and plotted to kill him because the followers were growing in number.

So even now, there are those elite, just like the time of Jesus (pbuh).

The truth will stand out from error.

Usual stuff from kaka doti

@kaka, where's the command that we are to wake others up as we pray?

Quote:
But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

not shout so that we know you pray!

Laughing out loudly smile Applause d'oh! Sad Drool Liar Shame on you Pray

Salalaaa! Pub drinkers at risk with their tipple, if neighbourhood revolts become a trend. This 51 Lounge in Lavington, quite popular, but in a residential area, if ever there was one.

Seems the neighbours arose last night, and evicted chaps, called police etc. https://www.capitalfm.co...er-patrons-drink-leave/

Beats me why owners spent so much on everything except location?

It started with Buru Buru and the makuti pubs that messed up the once nice family friendly estate. Seems the same problems have moved to lavington and the residents now have to contend with loud music and noise the whole night, blocked driveways and prostitutes at their doorsteps......and used condoms littered all over the place.
