Deuteronomy 14:3-8 " Do not eat any detestable thing... The pig is also unclean; ...you are not to eat their meat or touch their carcasses."

How come they forgot to remove some parts which are offending to their faith? Mary was there worshiping WITH them, they didn't pray and worship THROUGH her! That shoots down Mary's worship! Why didn't they remove that? That's what happens when the hand of man gets into God's Word! You can only end up with inconsistencies and contradictions!  But the fact will always remain the first Christians and compilers of the Bible were Catholics and all you believe has its origins from them! So as a protestant why protest some things and accept others!?? and what criteria is used to accept or protest?? We are very much at peace with these ones! We eat pork! we eat blood sausages! We don't follow all the 613 mitzvot we pick and choose wha we want - what simply agrees to the following 1) You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 2) You shall love your neighbor as yourself. Everything else is frivolous!! the scriptures are not for quoting they are for learning!! the sooner you understand that the better. you cannot live the same way a person who lived 3000 years ago lived. I actually put it to you - if Moha was here today and he saw all our advancements he would embrace them instead of looking at everything using 3000 year old ngongoz. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

Isaiah who told you about the coming of Christ also speaks about the lovers of swine flesh and what will happen to them!  James, Jesus and Peter warned you about the ones who would lead you astray and change the teachings! Mark 12:29
