Looks like our turn to eat is warming up!

Now, the big question is at what point do we exit??

Bought at around Kshs. 45 pre-split (CFC Stanbic + CFC Insurance) and participated in the rights issue and I have more than doubled my money (Almost tripled) [107 + 16.35 = 123.35]

I am not in hurry [patient as big cat hunting] but for this one, I have to lock in the gains! Paper gains pay no bills!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

My buying average here is Ksh36...this is the second time I'm successfully playing this counter...a few years ago I rode it from 30's to 90's (Wazua archives can testify)...it went to 100 then before crashing to 30's so my exit was perfection...just like my KenGen exit last year...this time around I will hang around...

Fair Value is around Ksh120...it can go to Ksh150 then possibly Ksh180 in case of madness...I think 2014 will be another good year...

I don't quite remember. What i remember is that it went to around 90 before the demerger.

Life is short. Live passionately.

@the deal,
Good luck, I rode from 40s and sold when it hit 70s. This time I missed the boat. It will be interesting for CFC to reach 150. May be they will make a major announcement like the famous merger some few years back.
