Simple as.

Let me ask the ladies, why do you take a man's phone, get another girl's number from his phonebook or call logs and call her? Do you like abusing and arguing with a total stranger over the phone?

And what is it with ladies who say that if she cannot have you, no other woman will?

pole mbloo ...weka password kwa simu ...

guru confirm mbloo.Laughing out loudly

Utafutacho ndicho upatacho.
A man imho can't be held captive. This kind of insecurity drives women to act like teens in love.Once we wake up to the realization that there will always be a better person than us we will be at peace.
Besides if a man is the roaming type, hata apate queen of sheba,he will still lay anything in skirt cz of lust.
It's just morals.

mbloo, it wasn't me. It was a friend.

Essy, my phone has a 16 character password. But what is this obsession of a woman with a man's phone?

This is the height of insecurity, this person does not think they deserve you, suffer from some complex, usually an inferior one. Disease affects both species. other times, the suspectee is usually a suspect or rather guilty o fthe offense committed and thinks everyone is made of his/her flavour of entertaining MWKs.
Such people want to be controlling they want to know what you talked to your mother about, and why you were smiling all the time while talking to your boss on phone, crazy this is, it has happened to me(not a friend of mine), piece of advise, the first time he/she touches your phone, let her/him go. you do not need some controlling freaks insecurity in your life....

I support the lady fully. There are very many cunning men out here. Probably the chick had denied the guy access then the thug decided to fool her and get access through this proposal thing. the lady should have cut ........

@Anglica ann, Those would have been drastic actions which border on embracing primate's instincts. It is important to approach issues in a sober manner. If, as a girl, you cannot tell a guy who is only interested in sexual gratification while courting, you must be very thick. That is why mama says, wait for the right time to think of getting married so that you will have known what the world and society is all about. Then, and only then, can you engage in affairs etc. In other words, if you cannot wait for marriage or wedding before agreeing to that other matter, then the guy never respects matters marital and its sanctity.

Suggest human beings separate sex and marriage, world would be a very beautiful place...

No I will not marry you!

Traditionally the union of marriage established rights and obligations between spouses and safeguarded the children of such unions in matters of inheritance and property.

I've read in this post and elsewhere that the proposed bill is sponsored by busy body NGO types who have no clue what marriage entails.

While this may be a fair comment is it not ironic that the same NGOs have been at the forefront of empowering the girl child?

If you are a well educated woman, who is in charge of her sexuality (have access to contraceptives, etc) why would you want to enter into a union with a man at all? The same question can be posed to men, why do you want to get married?

In hindsight, given some of the proposals in this bill, some people like Caroline Mutoko are starting to look like the proverbial giraffe that sees far.

This law will never see the light of day.

It's impossible for a judge to rule on and it's a bad idea because anybody can just wake up and lie about being promised...

Plus isn't this a matter of consent between two adults?

BBI will solve it

Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

Reminds me of one Passaris who sued a Thika tycoon eti alimpromise kwamba atamuoa. She's now enjoying astronomical monthly upkeep for their two kids.

"An MP has vowed to shoot down the proposed Marriage Bill saying it is oppressive to men.
Maara MP Kareke Mbiuki said the requirement that men seek written consent from their spouses is demeaning and goes against African culture.

According to the MP, the Bill may may trap men in oppressive relationships if a woman declines to append her signature in case of a divorce.
“We love our wives very much but as Africans, the proposed scenario cannot work. We don’t want to be forced to sign papers when we want a second wife.""

I support him on that.
