Africa ought to pull out of ICC. Bensouda is an african, yet he behaves like a mzungu.
Let Uhuruto rule without those ICC shiety charges.. coz even if uhuruto are convicted who will it help and we elected them as the prezzzooo and dp of kenya..
some people only think when the mzungu ruber stamps, otherwise if its not as per the white man rules its not good

Remind me, how did these two chaps end up at the Hague? Business opportunities are like buses, there's always another one coming

The very fact that majority of those affected voted in favor of the accused means they had forgiven them...Ni nyinyi mnawashwa...Wao wako poa. If they took time to think and still thought crimes were committed against them, they would have voted differently. How can the accused be the judge? Let us stop this wastage of funds of commuting to and fro Hague and instead see how school children will be provided with laptops. ...Swala nyeti...Hoping that the case will be concluded in the next 8 or so years (Uhuru will still be the president before he hands over to Ruto!!!...No sitting President in Africa has ever lost an election...And we don't want Kenya to be the first example!)and he is given whatever sentence, do yo think he will take a flight the next day and present himself in Hague to start serving that sentence? Go tell that to the birds!!!. ...I fully support the African union in calling for the termination of this nonsense! Are you serious? You really don't think justice system is run like a village court do you? The civilized court system is different brother..... APPLAUSE APPLAUSE!! Civility indeed! Bro... The traditional justice system is still used and very much recognized the world over. For example, mato oput, which in the Acholi language literally means “to drink a bitter potion made from the leaves of the ‘oput’ tree,” is one of the mechanisms for forgiveness and reconciliation among the Acholi people in Northern Uganda. The drinking of this bitter herb means that the two conflicting parties accept the bitterness of the past and promise never to taste such bitterness again. The payment of compensation follows the ceremony. ...Bro, read some more about peace and conflict management systems. If the communities affected feel they they can forgive and move on, there is nothing the international system can do. Hahahahah! This is exactly what I was thinking about you, bringing a conflict resolution from a small village in Uganda to illustrate your line of thinking capture how shallow your mind is. In legal system, it doesn't matter if you been forgiven, you still have to face the law.. We are not talking about village law here.

I like President UK, but if memory serves me well.. though I do confess I have a short one, with enough slip ups.. But I do seem to remember something like.. 'the hague is a personal issue...' Or personal in this case means he's got enough clout to pull in peers who happen to be presidents.. the entire Africa.. and UN security council.. ambassadors... etc?

As long as Raila and Nyóngó are not among the suspects, the international courts will be seen by people like ME as biased. Keep it simple

I have also witnessed people sharing links (almost gloating while doing it) to the effect that Kenya has a shortfall in our budget - its like they will be spared when prices of things go us and its like 'we told you so - choices have consequences' will be legal tender... We need to come to the realization that 'we are in it together' - no one cares about us, they want our stuff! bei ya mafuta ikiongezeka inaongezeka kila mtu hapa - no one will be spared... it will not hurt the chinese or the westerners but rather the two camps that are cheering them on. Place yourself as an outsider to all this, someone who is being introduced to this whole conversation - say a person of the Inuit descent (that is Eskimo). this whole drama is a sorry, pathetic drama. We are arguing about who to borrow (enslave ourselves to) - oh the west...oh the east.... We are pathetic! All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

On another note, is M7 genuine in his recent statements? me thinks he'll be the happiest if our economy is to go down south because of these ICC cases...
