Oil Libya KE belongs to Libya (why not NOCK?) and Total has its owners, Outmere* So...back to KK smile

If the rumour were true, it would be great - GOK showing some muscle, what with NOCK also prospecting for oil. Hio ni kazi nzuri sana ala Sonangol, Petrobras, Aramco, PDVSA na wengineo. Some (if not all) of the PSC's even afford the Government a back-in right in case of any successful exploration. If the GOK were to activate that right, I would imagine NOCK would be the beneficiary.

Mosdef. NOCK in Upstream & through a proper refinery, have a expansive local & Pan-African/grobo* Downstream network. That's perfect.

And a (reverse?) listing on the NSE so we can partake of the vanity! YesS!! *Atwoli yesS!!*

If NOCK wants to pay 25/- per share of KK... then PLEASE let NOCK do so!

I hate to eat my own words but there is some strength on NOCK bidding for Kenol from what I am picking! Let's not forget they could easily do a share swap and cash deal followed by reverse lisiting of NOCK allowing the national oil company to be listed on the securities exchange! Think about KPLC. All you need is pay cash and issue NOCK shares to KK large shareholders to allow GoK be majority holder of the combined entity. You then have the national oil company listed on the exchange well ahead of oil politics kick off! Lets remind ourselves who the 'real owners' of KK are and bear in mind they are in power!

Why would biwott's family want shares in NOCK with little control vs KK with control?
