From your expereince and subsequent police action, we are at the mercy of the Lord. How can a car which had been used in crime related activities and an accident of hit and driver dissappears relax in a police station with no further effort to get the owner. Surely there are ways of getting records at least at times towers and the insurance company through the sticker. and they dont bother with fingerprints any more. nowonder criminals are having a field day in our society.
