www.sebestates.com/m.index.php Are Nyayo Estate houses underpriced. What would explain a 3 bedroom house kilometers away in Syokimau costing higher.. HF 90,000 ABP 3.83; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45

I tend to think the issue is nssf on marketing the product and initially the method of selling locked out bank finance, add on to corruption at the early stages to acquire a house. All this could have had some effect to price

@Jamani;They are not underpriced. They are the right price. The others (privateers)are inflating their prices beyond reach of targeted populace. The word NSSF;one of the S words means Social which means they also look at the social aspect Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation Wealth=Income + Investments - Lifestyle

@ericsson appreciate your comment, mine was based on the current market prices they are underpriced..... Yaani compare the prices to other prices in the market Nyayo houses are priced low. Reading your comment again I think we are saying the same thing that Nyayo houses are priced at the right price not te market price.

I doubt it's the estate managers, they just manage the estate as advised...the guys who are doing it must be at NSSF in the board, the manager can't say a thing, due to the fact that they are answerable to them.

Nearly all Nairobi neighbourhoods have been degraded.....from the original Umoja to Buru to Kileleshwa to kilimani to lavington and now Nyayo Embakasi. Our city planners have no vision. How will the city look like in the next 50yrs?
