And they probably organised an emergency meeting (with sitting allowances greater than the fine!) to 'discuss' this issue. In the end, the fine most likely ended up producing a NET GAIN for the directors. Haha! You gotta love it! By the way, utadu? GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE
