Local shareholders dont be lazy with your investment idling behind your keyboards as you whine . Rush to fep www.fep-group.com and get it from the horses mouth.

www.fep-group.com/about-...quently-asked-questions/

www.fep-group.com/about-...ial-services-and-retail/

At least they have someproducts. Could be poor information dissemination.

Nice, colourful website but no information on earnings, no financial reports, etc.

I thought their TV station is what became WTV. They could still use that.

I'm in the dark here!

This Kithaka guy has a PhD in what exactly?I wonder how many people got recruited by this pitch:
"To make sure all men and women in FEP shall not die poor and shall never miss heaven"..?

What are you shareholders told the company is worth right now?

I guess it's hard to know the true value when you have people moving around asking for money money (tai investment)all the time and no one knows what they did with the money (ppo) they were given before. Honestly no one will tell you the true value . Even those people at head office don't know . If people knew something they would have contributed something on this thread .

This scam was propagated in the diaspora and in Kenya by smooth talking operatives waxing lyrical and quoting greek philosophies. To me it was and still is a kitendawili. Now, the narrative of chinese bamboo has even sucked in my friend @eco.

But I understand the operatives are living large.

My friend @BGL, the ride must be tough for guys who invested without knowing FEP was a start-up. No wonder too many questions and fact-less sentiments! Anyone who has ever established a successful business knows this Chinese Bamboo story all too well. I know from experience that it takes patience, persistence and determination of steel to have a profit making company standing.

Questions for AGM later this year!

As far as I know and consciously participated, PPO was for FEP Holdings Limited. Tai Housing is raising money for housing projects, and is not part of FHL conglomerate. There is also Eagles Healthcare running cottage hospitals in three counties.

some of the comments in the video above show the already frustrated investors
"Ken Limberly 4 weeks ago . I don't think next time someone will come and tell me about becoming a billionaire and I buy that nonsense "

@eco I thought Kithaka is supposed to market the housing projects for fep because they were planning to build houses at Athi river someplace called Lukenya Kisima park !! im sure this didn't happen and why is he marketing for Tai Investment in that video and its a rival of FEP?? this is why people don't trust this FEP to be honest.

@enyands, see Kisima Real Estate, a subsidiary of FHL. Lukenya Projects are still on, and almost fully sold.

This website has been there for a while but nothing on ground. How many houses are said to be sold?

I once met one of their managers and developed doubts on this FEP thing.
Going through this thread my fears have been confirmed.

Why cant shareholders make enough noise to prompt Kithiaka and Co to respond. You will have saved others who are being milked via Tai Housing....or whatever else.

Better still an investigation of the company should be carried out by the necessary authorities. Maybe EACC or whichever other authority can come in before it's too late
