But that SEAL must have been one hell of a confident crackshot. Under such pressurized conditions where a false move means you die, for the SEAL to have hit the eye...Under such circumstances you go for the largest surface area that completely immobilizes - the chest. This guy went for the head. Now imagine the size of a head, the distance to the target and the fact that the head is moving, what a cocky SEAL.
I am also surprised they took a headshot, thot it was against all training, if they wanted to capture him, the conventional place is always the upper chest. This is a larger target and it punctures an artery/vein (dunno) and is supposedly very painful and will render tha arms useless, plus it will knock you back and not lead to a mortal shot.
