
Good news. It makes more sense for KK to rent space. I find firms that 'own' space often use it poorly with empty offices, grandiose offices, etc. Renting space means a chq is written annually and can be reviewed. Over time as tech takes over, less space is required. Look at Equity which has moved transactions to servers instead of 'paper' at the branches.
