Apart from fees paid to the gok,I would think the biggest portion of monies goes to hiring equipments and machinery,specialist foreign talent as well as transportation? Am I missing something here guys?

For now, these funds do not directly affect the economy. But once the infrastructure build up starts once the commercial flows are determined, then the funds flows will directly affect the economy. Look forward to it.
