That should be the talk, not a buyout. The buyout is nothing but a scam, played on the minority shareholder. Reduce the holding through a consolidation (1:4), then offfer a lousy price of 8 bob per consolidated share, and expect the shareholder to thank you. “You can get in way more trouble with a good idea than a bad idea, because you forget that the good idea has limits.” - Ben Graham

That is not forgotten! We will sue for sure.. It is going to be a messy divorce. Pkosing issued a tasteless remark about current shareholders needing to take a massive hit because they didn't do enough to support their company, which is a lie.. Current shareholders sacrificed a lot. Especially KQLC & KLM.. COOP 70,000 ABP 15.20; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45

Skillful traders.. Risk takers extraordinaire. Perhaps what's required is a minimum average holding period. Many, if not most, of my holdings have been held in excess of 1 year. Even what I recently bought e.g. Centum (replacing KK) is likely to be held for at least 1 year. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

Which I never saw KQ trade at before the consolidation. “You can get in way more trouble with a good idea than a bad idea, because you forget that the good idea has limits.” - Ben Graham
