Housing Finance to seek funding for construction subsidiary Housing Finance is planning a bond issue by the end of the year to fund its property development subsidiary, Kenya Building Society (KBS). #No rights issue plan so the company will need to step up it retention of earning to boost its equity. Probably this H1 2013 we wont get an interim dividend #Thinking out loud

This guys have never payed my div. When i went there they said they are yet to release cheques...with this development i think they might fail to declare an interim div...just my opinion and the wait continues. "Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning."
