People should not make fun of the Chief. He is struggling with weight problems, he has a chronic condition. I hope he is deployed to responsibilities that puts his condition in consideration.

I was tickled by Safariant's statement. Be slow on judging and even if the fellow was struggling with weight problems, what am i supposed to do?Sad . It's his problem and i have mine too!!

Your laugh is followed by wondering "who that now", a chief/County commander! So it is clear whom you are laughing at. At your age, this should not be the case.

Anyway, remember people with some conditions should get the support they need and be protected by those who manage them. That means Matiang'i must make reasonable adjustments to accommodate his ongoing needs at work, in consultation with him. Be it in terms of location, flexible working hours, changing the duties of his role, or time off work for treatment etc etc...

PEACE!

It's not funny. Taking Africa to Europe.

African immigrants roasting maize and selling mitumbas in the streets of French cities.
