Guys..I understand how you get the 31% lakini look at the other calculations..!! (0.6/1.3 = 0.462)46.2% is correct to show by how much @obiero is off the actual results.!!

If he used your 31% method he would get (0.5/8.0=0.0609) 6% for CFC..!! Where by the (0.5/7.7=0.0649) 6.5% was achieved using the actual amount at the bottom, which is correct..!!

@Obiero - You might want to change your predictions on Equity (Upwards to be specific). The results will surprise you!
