I am surprised they are still in office.
In Kenya you must be fired even when you are no longer useful.
It’s like those cars you see on some Kenyan roads with tires wobbling and grass growing inside the car. They should have been smelted long time ago but they are waiting for an insect to hit them they become mud and soil. Looking at the road you think a lorry dumped soil from a construction site in the middle of the road.

Why is the full KPMG report? Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

PE should buy Mumias for 60% discount, what's the current EBITDA for Mumias, anyone knows? Buy Mumias at 60% discount, institute new management, file bankruptcy, turn it around and then exit in approx 5 yrs. GOK will not be able to fix it.

If you file for bankruptcy then you will lose control including of the turn around program to the receiver managers (these may also be corrupt).

In Kenya filing for bankruptcy will surely kill the business unlike the US where they have chapter 11

I do believe Kenya should develop a special judicial proceedings to combat such gross white crime activities . In USA there is clear separation of powers *( remember Enron company here in USA that led to jailing for life it's former executives after defrauding shareholders and filing for bankruptcy later).Once you are a legislator you don't interfere with judicial processes . In Kenya the system is intertwined and complex because the same Kidero guy whose a politician (has legislative influence ) has influence over judicial process . As long as we have people who take advantage of these complex loopholes between judicial and legislative arms they Will continue to do these heinous acts for other companies . We need to wake up and see its the children of our children we are hurting .The bail out money 500 million could be used to hire 5000 policemen to help in Kenya Somalia border thereby keeping me safe from terrorists. Unless we wake up and see things in a three dimension , we will be taken advantage of by these businessmen kam senseless politicians. We need to wake up
