Most of the argument here makes lots of sense, though I think the african need to control his population. There is no way you will provide quality education, food and life to 10 children as opposed to fewer. i.am.back!!!!

The problem is Planned Parenthood's objectives are not to improve quality of life of future generations, its objective is to rid the earth of "unwanted" and "feeble-minded" people. Why were they encouraging high school children to practice family planning? And surprise surprise, all the children were from black and Hispanic neighborhoods, I hope you watched the clip to the end. While in the same breathe, they are encouraging whites to have more children. I believe people should be left to make their own decisions, not coerced into making decisions that are loaded with ideologies of which you are not aware.

The good thing is that their efforts despite the money legislation etc are bearing no fruits, the white population is decreasing rapidly from 71% in 1990 to 57% in 2013, the minorities eg hispanics are filling the US. Will he force white people to get more kids? Soon we might see incentives to get babies "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. Finally done. They included a lot of good historical information about eugenics which I'll follow up but I haven't changed my mind that the main goal here is to push the pro-life agenda. I firmly believe that a woman should have the right to choose whether or not to have a child and what this documentary is trying to do is insert religion and racial guilt into a situation that is already difficult enough. When a woman walks into one of those clinics, its no longer pro-life/choice, she knows exactly what she is doing and doesn't need it spelt out by some priest, activist or placard carrying idiot. The documentary did not address the reasons why black women have abortions - inability to care for a child because of age, economic circumstance, pregnancies from assault (rape and incest) etc. When they demonize Plant Parenthood for providing BC and abortions do they really expect these women to keep their legs together and abstain from sex? Of course if they are honest with themselves they know this is impossible in today's America. An unplanned pregnancy for a poor uneducated woman is likely to keep her from attaining an education and therefore a good job. She will probably have to hold more that one job meaning she has no time for her child. The child will then grow up without proper guidance, commit a crime, end up in jail and then we will complain that the white man is imprisoning our men!!! The cycle of poverty will never end unless Black people realize that they are their own worst enemy.

As Africans or blacks , we should ensure our obligations and responsibilities are fulfilled accordingly. It's one thing to pop out innocent lives another one to provide decent environment while complaining about those deemed successful. If you wonder who is our enemies , don't bother looking elsewhere. in our midst. Meaning our kind.(you me him/her) work to prosper

Zanze you have chosen to make this a pro-choice or pro-life debate, you obviously did not take anything offense in a sitting President of the US, calling for the extermination of its black citizens. You have ignored the plight of the many who underwent mandatory sterilizations, you have ignored the fact that millions of dollars are being poured into these abortion clinics ( its Planned, not Plant Parenthood by the way) You should consider thanking your mother for not having an abortion, because had she exercised her universal right to abortion, you wouldn't be typing this. I refuse to be the judge, jury and executioner of an unborn child, simply because we are in the 21st century and women are empowered! I refuse to be programmed and just reiterate other people's ideologies without thinking things through. This BS about women's rights, what about an innocent child's rights? Atleast as an adult you have the right to use protection, abstain or get your tubes tied, what choices does a foetus have? I refuse to sit back, and let human beings make flimsy decisions about someone else's life, as if they are God. Just thank your God that Margaret Sanger never poisoned your mother's mind while you were still in the womb. And you are obviously not in the US, a single mother is one of the most well taken care of under US law. The government will practically pay most of your expenses if you are a single parent, please stop peddling the lie of the poor uneducated woman. Plus the other lie of abortions for rape victims, abortions due to rape are less than 1%, 95% of abortions are done as birth control. http://www.angelfire.com/nj3/rebekah8370/
