Before answering your question, a brief Biblical history foundation.

- One of Noah's descendants was named Canaan. Canaan was cursed because of something that he did. (Gen 9:18-27).

- History continued unfolding, after some generations, Nimrod was born, and the tower of babel saga took place (Gen 11:1-9)

- After some generations, Abram was born, who married Sarai, who at a late age, begat their promised child - Isaac.

- The Canaanites were ungodly, even Abraham ensured that his son Isaac would not marry a Canaanite (Gen 24:3,4), since Abraham was living in Canaan (Gen 23:19).

- Isaac married Rebekah and had Jacob.

- Jacob married Leah and Rachel, and one of the offspring was Joseph.

- Jacob's name was changed to Israel (Gen 32:28).

- Israel loved Joseph a lot because he was a son of Jacob's old age. Joseph's brothers were jealous of Joseph, especially after Israel made Joseph a coat of many colors (Gen 37:3,4), so the brothers faked Joseph's, death, and sold Joseph, who was taken to be a servant in Egypt (Gen 37:21-36). Later on, Joseph became one of the high ranking rulers in Egypt, especially after Joseph played the main role in averting hunger. (Gen 41:33-47) During the famine, Joseph's family went to Egypt to look for food, in the process, and after some events, Joseph revealed his identity (Gen 45:1), then the whole of Joseph's family moved to Egypt's.

- After many years in Egypt, the Israelites (who are the descendants of Israel, who's name was once Jacob) multiplied and were many. A new Pharaoh who did not know Joseph took power. The growth of the Israelites was seen as a threat, that the Egyptians might be overthrown if the Israelites decide to join forces with Egypt's enemies, to war against Egypt, so the Egyptians became hard on the Israelites, the Israelites became slaves. Exodus 1:8-14.

- While the children of Israel were captives in Egypt, they took part in building Egypt's infrastructure. Quoting Gen 1:11 "Therefore they did set over them taskmasters to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh treasure cities, Pithom and Raamses."

- The book of Exodus chronicles how the Israelites were lead out of Egypt. The exodus is journey to the promised land, the promised land being Canaan.

- The books of Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy and Joshua chronicles the establishment of the Leviticus priest hood, the order and rules of living, receiving the Ten Commandments, their journey through the wilderness, their rebellions (which caused the exodus to the promised land, to take 40 years. It took 40 years because the older generation were rebellious, so, to allow the rebellious older generation to pass, they just wondered in the wilderness). The book of Joshua chronicles how the Israelites conquered different nations, and finally the Canaanites, in order to enter and posses Canaan.

- Joshua was among the faithful oder generation who was alive when the exodus began in Egypt, lived through the whole wilderness experience, and finally lead the Israelites to overcome the Canaanites, to posses Canaan, which today is Israel. Canaan was divided among the 12 tribes of Israel.

To your question, below are the actual ancient Nations, regions and Kings that the Israelites overcame. It's obvious that some are different races, but to know which particular race is difficult.

Genesis

12:7 And these are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on the west, from Baalgad in the valley of Lebanon even unto the mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave unto the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;
12:8 In the mountains, and in the valleys, and in the plains, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south country; the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites:
12:9 The king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Bethel, one;
12:10 The king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one;
12:11 The king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;
12:12 The king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;
12:13 The king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;
12:14 The king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;
12:15 The king of Libnah, one; the king of Adullam, one;
12:16 The king of Makkedah, one; the king of Bethel, one;
12:17 The king of Tappuah, one; the king of Hepher, one;
12:18 The king of Aphek, one; the king of Lasharon, one;
12:19 The king of Madon, one; the king of Hazor, one;
12:20 The king of Shimronmeron, one; the king of Achshaph, one;
12:21 The king of Taanach, one; the king of Megiddo, one;
12:22 The king of Kedesh, one; the king of Jokneam of Carmel, one;
12:23 The king of Dor in the coast of Dor, one; the king of the nations of Gilgal, one;
12:24 The king of Tirzah, one: all the kings thirty and one.

Extras relating to Jewish History:

To better understand the old testament, one must understand Genesis 3:15 "And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel."

Gen 3:15 means that God would send something to Earth that would cause a division or separation or hostility (enmity) to exist between humanity (woman and her seed) and Satan (the serpent). That enmity is the messiah, Jesus, one who would empower man against evil, one who would make things right between man and God, since man had broken God's law, brought sin in the world, and was doomed to die eternally - which is a death that has no hope for life or resurrection. The messiah, would take the place of man, pay the penalty for breaking the law, to die the death that was man's, then all who would receive him would have the life that was his, that man may once again commune with God.

The old testament is a story, tracing the struggles of generations or lineages, from which the promised messiah of Gen 3:15 would be born. Since Satan knew of the promise in Gen 3:15, it was then his purpose to prevent Gen 3:15 from being fulfilled, because the fulfilment of Gen 3:15 would mean the end of Satan.

Satan, through King Herod, tried to Kill Jesus when Jesus was a baby. Matt 2:13-16

The time that Jesus was born was when the Roman empire was the ruling power, under King Herod (Matt 2:1).

Gen 3:15 was progressively being fulfilled, beginning with the birth of Jesus, to his anointing during the baptism, to his crucifixion and finally, Gen 3:15's fulfillment was complete at the resurrection.

The Jews failed to study and understand old testament prophecies that Christ would fulfill, thus Jesus was rejected by the Israelites.

Matt 23 is a whole chapter of Jesus rebuking the Jews. The chapter ends with these words:

23:37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
23:38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
23:39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

If the Jews had accepted the messiah and stayed obedient, today, they would have been todays world super power, they would have been been a very prosperous nation, and through Israel, God would have shown the world how to model themselves as nations, the whole world would have come to the knowledge of God, but instead, we hear these chilling words: "your house is left unto you desolate".

Below is a prophecy of the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple, which is a direct result of loosing divine favour.

Matthew
24:1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to show him the buildings of the temple.
24:2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

The prophecy above regarding the destruction of Jerusalem was fulfilled in 70 AD. It's a well documented event, that can be found even in secular encyclopedias.

Racism is deep-rooted and it is not coming to an end in our generation. I think the best way is to do what Barcelona player Dani ALves did over the weekend-when a fan threw him a banana, he picked it up and ate it and continued with the game.

The sad thing about the Dani Alves story is that the fan who thinks he is of a more superior race than Dani probably earns 1million times less, has zero achievements and has a below average quality of life and low self esteem.
When Denzel was growing up, some racist boys spat insults at him and it really affected him until he told his mother and his mother told him what all black parents told their kids back then, "they abuse you because they are afraid of you". And that changed his life for ever.

So maybe the lesson here is, with the right attitude and mindset some good could come out of any negative situation.

BBI will solve it

ok... now read history via archeology! find out just who the 12 tribes of israel were, whether Moses actually existed and just when what we know as pre babylonian scriptures were written. My belief is that the Bible should not be taken as a history book!! it will fail in that aspect. Let's use it for learning and not 'quoting'
