SS Mehta is doing a good job but is frustrated by Works Officers always asking for kickbacks.



.....waiyaki way is the road between westlands and mai mahiu turn off....so the works officers come and dig out tarmac at night,mawinder? for three years? be serious...

I must be missing something. When was the structure found to be illegal (sic) and who approved its erection in the first place?

I agree with @wazua, this Ikon Prints Media purporting KeNHA gave permission in Nov 2011, why was payment only done 7 months after this permission in May 2012, and even then billboard erected a whole 2yrs after approval?

Even the road cannot have remained the same for this period, this Kenya!
