Thanks laymen for challenging me

Honestly,I chickened out and I am thinking,I will never make it if I keep looking at the bad side. I dropped the idea at that time but I am now reconsidering it for real. I listened to too many people telling me to be afraid of that business and you know what? I became afraid.

Bible says Iron sharpen iron,and deep speaks unto the deep,that’s why I am engaging guys here with the insight,experience and know-how

@ali,

There is a saying in my mother tongue that says 'Fire is borrowed from where it it is already lit' The meaning of it is that you should seek advice only from people who have succeeded in what you want to do and not those who tried and failed

My advice therefore would be,get one fellow who is doing well in this business and is willing to honestly share with you the secrets of the trade,dos and don'ts and make use of his advice.

Listening to many SK jamaas most of whom either have never owned a matatu or are office guys with no skills whatsoever in Jua Kali will leave with the wrong advice.

The right time to buy a share is when nobody wants it.

My friend is seriously thinking of buying a 33 seater for town service (Nairobi). Anyone who knows how much the owner gets after deduction of all expenses i.e driver and tout's wage, and full tank in the evening? Is there anyone here who owns a 33 seater...how much should she expect?
