They can become both the referees,fans and the players.It will feed back on itself like a cycle.They can be employees.They can be the investors through crowdfunding.They can be the customers,developers and marketers through crowdsourcing.
It has already changed social life.It continues to infiltrate the education system.From trends in developed nations,it has started to challenge traditional models for work.Eventually business will have to adapt itself(to some extent) to the needs and expectations of this demographic.
