To make matters worse, with seemingly all of his bank accounts and assets frozen he may not even have enough money to hire lawyers. I hope he kept some money under a mattress.
@mawinder it is your other posts, together with the one here, that made me come up with that statement. And for clarity am not saying that you are Wahinya.

Am not rejoicing over wahinyas problems, but for once we have a corporate who has decided to take this inside fraud menace head-on. Just to illustrate how cancerous fraud is, the banking sector in kenya loses on average kes.1bn per year. Strong relationships are shred into pieces by a young man with a weird sense of values. Remember dyer & blair are in court with equity bank over fraud involving staff from both organisations.

Just hope this is not the same Peter Wahinya Muiruri indicated as a faithful of Consolata Shrine, Westlands. Link http://www.consolatashri...soling_Eye_20110203.pdf

Airtel has just exposed how weak its internal controls are… they should congratulated the guy and transfer him to the internal Audit department to ensure such Gaps are closed
The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

so if a guy broke into your house and stole property, you would go ahead and pat him on the back and hire him to be your main security point.

Jitahidi. This is uncalled for. What if its just a coincidence in names? There's a picture and name in the many back copies of Nation newspapers already. Why don't you just stick to that?

Not literary – but from and organizational perspective where no violence is involved it’s a clear indication of weak internal controls

Elder,Wahinya's mpesa accounts have not been frozen so if he bought like 83 lines each with a balance of 100k,he may have some money to fight the legal battle and to survive.he may also borrow a few tips from wazua on how to survive in hard times.
