In what age is such a mind existing?

This group is still going. I don't know if investors have got the promised return. See article in today's BD.

Am also looking for information on this.I have heard people are paying about Kes 4500 to join then any person who join under your network you get a Kes. 1000. This is somehow linked to Mobikash and members encouraged to use mobikah to transact especially buying airtime etc..

The comment section is always pure gold for comedy..

Good advice from this comment though:

The moment a friend sent me such a text with a referral link..I saw a scam loading. My fast check on the website registration yielded this results:

"The site is hosted in Singapore by 80 Robinson Road. The domain for the website was purchased through Go Daddy on 29 March 2017 (2 months ago) and will expire in 1 year 9 months."

The age of the domain is also a being reason to worry!
But as always Kenyans will remain to be Kenyans! Ready to be taken to the slaughterhouse!

Kenyans seem to have lots of cash lying around, they think M-Akiba, NSE and the like offer too little in returns, NSE has been knwn to screw people too eg Fahari 20 to 10, Home Afrika 21 to 0.7 etc.
Luckily or unluckily no one knows the Kenyans behind PL or their offices, from the comments section friends and families who sent the referrals are the ones getting the blunt end.
Well until the next scam lets enjoy the great comment section.
