I agree with @alma on the issue of judging the gal, maybe her going to the party was an after thought...then shit hit the fan. From what is being said, there is a possibility that she was drugged or she was new to the bottle...such that she gulped so fast that the effect messed her up.

On the police tho...i think they can only arrest when they sufficient proof that 1. he Killed her, no one has filed charges on assault. 2. This is one side of the story, these witnesses have not undergone some interrogation

One does not need to file charges for assault for the police to make an arrest, all is needed is evidence of assault which has been provided aplenty by the security guard, the girlfriend and the care take. Police should (but will not)bring charges for assault against Kabogo.

I can't stand men who assult ladies. At the very least he Kabogo should have asked the residential security or even his body guards to remove the drunk girl but no he had to go out of his way to physically assault her just to prove a point, to whom I don't know.

Its very sad that you will find some Kenyans still fuata'ing Kabogo around for small favours.

Eiiiiiiiiiiiish..this is not about me its about an average size lady in uni.I have never seen bouncers use excessive force to "tame" a girl in any club.

What I'm struggling with is the girlfriend's suspect account of what happened. You invite your friend to a party hosted by 'persons unknown', said friend gets drunk/rowdy/causes a ruckus and demands to leave, she is then slapped/kicked/stepped on for her troubles, thrown out thereafter and left at the gate... And you, the caring friend, leave her standing on the highway, drunk and possibly battered, to go back to the 'party' to beg the guy who chapa'd her for help?

The holes in this story are big enough for a drunk camel to pass through.
Better to ask the question and look like a fool for a moment, than to remain in ignorance and be a fool forever.

Camels dont drink...

Anyway that caretaker should take care.. the way he was showing how Kafogz was kicking and slapping Keino.. if there was a jury that would be a guilty verdict PAP..
Am sure MPIG was not amused when watching the proceedings...

@chemos, should have said 'pole dancing cow' instead. Better?

I'm actually surprised the caretaker is unleashing these details, or is it a case of giving part of the story to distract us? Si then he can tell us who else was at this party, who was the host for that matter (assuming mkubwa doesn't live there), and what exactly were they partaking of, and what exactly were the girls doing there? Its like @alma said, there are many questions that need to be asked.

Nothing will be done to Kabogo since someone has to officially complain for him to be charged the complainant is dead...I have gone through most of the posts and I dont think there is someone claiming to be holier than thou, and am not their advocate...we all have had our share of "stuff"in our lives,I also have had mine, kwanza plenty of them I cant even count the thing is its a decision you make am sure no one goes somewhere to die it would be very silly of that person,as I said it was bahati mbaya for her as am sure she expected it to be a normal night out and then back to campus but it turned tragic,am christian and I sure believe it was penned down somewhere that she will die that way but also rem she made a choice to go there and thats where the twist in the tale happened...
