One does not need to file charges for assault for the police to make an arrest, all is needed is evidence of assault which has been provided aplenty by the security guard, the girlfriend and the care take. Police should (but will not)bring charges for assault against Kabogo.
I can't stand men who assult ladies. At the very least he Kabogo should have asked the residential security or even his body guards to remove the drunk girl but no he had to go out of his way to physically assault her just to prove a point, to whom I don't know.
Its very sad that you will find some Kenyans still fuata'ing Kabogo around for small favours.
