The delay in putting in place the right people is even messing up the future of the Airline. Ngunze auctioned the planes in the name of turnaround. No plane should have left the fleet, there is enough demand and only the root cause of low uptake of passengers by KQ should have been addressed e.g. pricing including ticketing malpractices by staff and travel agents as identified in the forensic report, poor customer service, etc. Angola was done long before he joined the board.

How is a adoption of bad business plan not a management failure and poor governance? Who takes the fall when KQ adopts a bad business plan. In my mind the senior management and board need to take the fall for such a blunder. Investment philosophy development in progress...
