As put out in the article, under what law is the Kenya Govt operating? Capital gains as we know it isnt applicable in this. These goons may make good their threat and sue the Govt.

Massive selling in Canada. It has hit 8.86 as i type here. The 30m Net pay is really causing ripples but there is a 786meters of hydrocarbons that most people are not seeing. Time to buy i must say.

Each is a possibility, could be gas...or more probably oil...if its oil then that will make it 800M Net oil pay...

@murchr - I saw an FT blog post yesterday that said the find at Twiga was disappointing. The huge selloff is welcome with Papai prospects to be known before end of Dec 2012. Ethiopia is still to come as well as offshore.
