Statement 3 and 4 imply Maribe didn't commit the primary crime. 3. If 2 is true then Maribe may in fact be guilty of a smaller crime of concealing a suicide. So what are you up to? Are you desperate to nail someone? Come on guys...

So now this Jennings guy ... his story does not add up.
1. At 8pm Jowie says he wants to go to Monica's place - they leave the initial bar together but he gets dropped off at another bar in Kilimani and Jowie goes to Monica's alone.
2. Jowie returns to the second bar at 11pm but does not say anything about Monica.
Is he trying to say that after slitting Monica's neck Jowie returned to the bar as clean as he left without a spot of blood on himself, or even a change of clothing?
