I propose former speakers who had a lot of information

1. Alma
2. Mnjoro
3. Pablo

The first two should be given triple-distilled prior to the speeches

Other proposals include

1. Magigi
2. McDoba (before consumption of frothy liquids)
3. Smano (has no issue with voice projection)
4. Famooz (with @Impunity as aide de camp)
