I'm i the only one who sees an opportunity to buy more when the share falls back down? I think it will come down to how much do Puma want this deal. If they really do, this is not a major set back.
The takeover was going too smoothly to be true, there's always a catch, snag or resistance. Lets see how far the fear will grip the streets, expect even some irrationality, strike swiftly at the right time.

unless you tell me the kenyan courts will speed up the cases pending so that puma buyout will go through then be prepared for a very length court battle .
yesterday price just rose 1.9% .Momentum is DEAD !

Previous litigation over change in majority shareholders in Kenyan courts has not prevented transactions from being eventually consummated (sib)
