You still need an Airtel Agent. What Airtel does is send an SMS to the Safcom customer asking them to withdraw from an Airtel Agent.

Reallly? I think we all know who has been playing dirty here - to the point of trying to influence MPs to ban membas initiatives despite the fact that MPs have no constitutional right to do so
